Google says "analyze: consider in detail and subject to an analysis in order to discover essential features or meaning; "analyze a sonnet by Shakespeare"; "analyze the evidence in a criminal trial"; "analyze your real motives"

Study

1.
To go over to the opposite sex's house not to study, but to "study." "Studying" usually involves fooling around without any pants on.
"I'm going over to Amanda's house to 'study'"

2.
To trick ones self into believing that by actually going over your "school" notes it will in fact help you in the long term, but instead you just look at all the dumb shit your mates have written on the back of your text book
